Job summary

Reflex Robotics is a bold, fast-moving robotics startup building affordable wheeled humanoid robots for industry. We are looking for a high-ownership operator who thrives in scaling a physical product, bridging remote operators and customer sites.

If a robot is down, you’ll be the one to get it back into the workflow. You will own deployment operations, manage test facilities, and track fleet reliability to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating on-site customer deployments and handoffs.
• Ability to manage cross-functional tasks in a fast-moving hardware environment.
• Comfort with travel to customer sites and remote operations.

Responsibilities

• 1) Deployment Operations: own logistics and execution of customer onboarding, from robot delivery planning to site mapping and final handoff.
• 2) Test Facility Management: manage intake of customer equipment and pallets, set up workflows mirroring site environments, test readiness.
• 3) Fleet Tracking & Reliability: be the source of truth for robot performance, track fleet health and hardware MTBF.
