Sitemetric is seeking an Advanced Solutions Team Lead in Wytheville, VA. You will own deployment, integration, and field success of our most advanced solutions, leading initial deployments and establishing operational standards in a hybrid role.

You will coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, and client teams to ensure seamless alignment with platform capabilities and safety objectives, while driving scalable, compliant solutions across projects.

Formación

• Proven leadership in high-tech, construction, or operational technology environments.
• Experience deploying workforce or asset tracking, access control, or safety systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for planning and data analysis.
• Experience with safety tools and dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communication with field teams and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, deployment, and field integration of advanced jobsite solutions.
• Create and maintain logistics and phasing plans aligned with contractor schedules.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, PMs, and subcontractors to optimize workflows.
• Establish standards, playbooks, and oversight for future team members.
• Partner with customers and site leadership to align capabilities with objectives.
• Develop metrics to drive consistency across deployments.
