Job summary

Symbotic LLC in Wilmington, MA, seeks a Site Installation Lead to own on-site execution of automation installation from mobilization through commissioning readiness. You will lead electricians, controls technicians, commissioning resources and third‑party contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of installation scopes.

This role requires hands‑on leadership, decisive decision making under pressure, and the ability to drive multi‑vendor collaboration in fast‑paced construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 3+ years in electrical/automation installation or large capital equipment projects.
• Proven site ownership beyond participation; leads installation teams.
• Strong communication with engineers, managers, customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site automation installation through mobilization to commissioning.
• Direct electricians, controls technicians, and third‑party contractors.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on‑schedule performance.
• Capture lessons learned for future sites.
• Coordinate with Site Installation Manager and Project teams.
