Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Deployment Specialist to plan and coordinate modular equipment deployments from manufacturing through customer turnover. You will support field installation, track milestones, and document observations while ensuring safety and quality procedures are followed.

Ideal candidates bring foundational knowledge of construction and electrical systems, NEC/UL familiarity, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree or technical cert in Construction/Engineering related field.
0–2 years deployment, construction, deployment, or field operations experience.
OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
PM or logistics certifications are highly desirable.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating modular equipment deployments from manufacturing through customer turnover.
Support field installation and punch-list activities.
Monitor project milestones and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Document field observations and lift technical or operational concerns as appropriate.
Maintain accurate deployment records, reports, and project documentation.
Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures while promoting continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation of deployment processes, field modifications, and lessons learned.
Monitor and ensure compliance with safety protocols, NEC standards, UL requirements during deployments.
Build collaborative relationships across Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Field Operations.
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the deployment lifecycle.
