Modular Power Solutions (MPS) seeks a Deployment Specialist to coordinate delivery, assembly, and inspection of products. The role requires autonomy with supervision and travel to sites across the U.S.

You will oversee the deployment process, collaborate with drivers, site teams, and subcontractors, and ensure safe, quality work. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in construction experience or project coordination.
• Computer, filing and 10-key skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skill.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites for product delivery and guide installation.
• Coordinate release of products to customers.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders during deployment (drivers, site team, subcontractors).
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
• Review drawings before delivery to ensure logistics plan.
• Assist in resolving construction problems in the field.
• Adapt to changing conditions and schedules.
• Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections.
• Review drawings and submittals to reflect inspection data.
• Document issues during inspection process.
