Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced EPMS Deployment Specialist to lead field deployments across diverse customer environments. You will install, customize, and integrate EPMS software, perform startup and commissioning, and troubleshoot power monitoring equipment in data centers, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and more.

Responsibilities include training customers, documenting as‑built systems, and collaborating with contractors in dynamic construction settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience including field work.
• Experience with electrical equipment and knowledge of electricity, power generation, distribution, and power quality concepts.
• Proficiency in interpreting contract specifications and electrical drawing packages.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in team settings.
• Experience building computers or installing software; experience connecting devices in an industrial environment (Modbus or similar).
• Experience installing virtual machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment of EPMS at customer sites (Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Military, Commercial Buildings, Universities).
• Collaborate with contractors and end-users in construction environments.
• Install, customize, integrate EPMS software; perform start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Provide customer training and device communications troubleshooting; perform hardware replacements.
• Define system operation requirements with customers and document the as-built system.
• Travel daily to customer sites in the region; up to 75% overnight travel when needed.
• Occasional 2nd or 3rd shift work may be required.
