Job summary

Cadwell Industries, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Specialist to lead regulatory-compliant product installations, setup, and customer trainings across the assigned territory in the United States.

You will unpack, assemble, deploy, preconfigure, test Cadwell hardware and software, and ensure successful go-live experiences. In this role, you will collaborate with the Technical Installation and Customer Implementation teams, document scopes of work, and train customers on installed systems.

Responsibilities

• Understand upcoming Cadwell software releases and prepare for them.
• Develop strategies with the Manager, Technical Implementation to improve go-live experiences.
• Use KPIs to reappraise personal performance.
• Deliver all Technical Installation elements in each deployment, including onsite installation.
• Provide customer training on hardware and software.
