Job summary
Walker Digital Table Systems, LLC is seeking a Field Deployment Technician to support customer installations and go-lives, handling hardware pre-qualification, installation, and validation with software before final sign-off. Based in Las Vegas, you will travel 50-75% during deployments and work on casino floor environments.
Between deployments you contribute to training, documentation, and deployment readiness; you will grow toward lead deployment capability over 12-18 months while gaining
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical school, associate degree, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on electronics/AV experience preferred.
- 2-3 years hardware installation, AV, network, or electronics technician experience.
- Experience in customer-site deployments, casino/hospitality environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute hardware installation tasks under Lead direction, including cabling and site setup.
- Support hardware pre-qualification, software validation, and final sign-off before go-live.
- Identify hardware vs software issues during validation.
- Document defects and non-standard site conditions.
- Assist with training, inventory, and deployment readiness between deployments.
