Modular Power Solutions (MPS) is seeking a Deployment Specialist to coordinate the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products. This role requires a fully competent professional who can perform duties with some autonomy but under supervision.

The Deployment Specialist will travel to job sites to ensure smooth delivery, guide installation, and oversee stakeholders during product deployment. You will coordinate release to customers and review drawings to confirm inspection data and plan

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Familiar with team building techniques.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to oversee delivery, installation, and product guidance.
• Coordinate product release to customers and act as main contact for stakeholders.
• Review drawings and submittals to ensure proper inspection data.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality work.
• Adapt to changing project schedules and conditions.
