Insight Global is seeking Data Center Technicians I and II to support large-scale data center operations, deployments, and critical infrastructure projects. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network, server, and data center infrastructure in live production environments.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills and Level 2 support experience to diagnose hardware, connectivity, and network-related issues while supporting rack and stack deployments and

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in data center, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with cabling, hardware installation, equipment replacement and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of structured cabling and data center best practices.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity issues across network and server environments.
• Diagnose and resolve server, hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues in production environments.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support network, server, and data center infrastructure in live production environments.
• Provide Level 2 support for hardware, connectivity, and network-related issues.
• Support rack and stack deployments, structured cabling, and server installations.
• Ensure incident response activities align with operational standards in enterprise data centers.
