Insight Global is seeking Data Center Technicians I and II to support large-scale data center operations, network deployments, and critical infrastructure across Canada, Texas, Oregon, California, and select international locations. This hands-on role offers travel exposure to mission-critical networking and data center environments, working with industry-leading technologies in enterprise settings.

Candidates typically have 1–2+ years in data centers or IT infra and enjoy problem-solving in

• 1–2+ years in a data center, telecom, or IT infra environment
• Hands-on with cabling, hardware installation, equipment replacement, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and data center best practices
• Experience troubleshooting Layer 1 connectivity issues
• Ability to diagnose and resolve server, hardware, cabling, and connectivity issues in production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network, server, and data center infrastructure in live production environments
• Perform rack-and-stack deployments, hardware installations, equipment replacements, and infrastructure upgrades
• Support fiber and copper structured cabling projects
• Troubleshoot Layer 1 connectivity issues and diagnose hardware, cabling, and network-related problems
• Provide Level 2 technical support for servers, network devices, and critical infrastructure systems
• Read and interpret technical diagrams, installation standards, and project documentation
• Ensure all installations meet data center best practices and quality standards
• Travel to customer sites throughout Canada, Texas, Oregon, California, and occasional international locations to support deployments and infrastructure projects
