Job summary

A technology services provider is seeking a Field Engineer to support client data centers through hands-on troubleshooting and issue resolution across IT infrastructure. Candidates must have 2–3 years’ experience in a data center environment and possess strong client-facing communication skills. Efficient problem-solving and a valid driver's license are necessary. This full-time position offers a pay rate of $25/hour with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, and includes potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level systems.
• Experience in data center environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across IT infrastructure.
• Perform installations, replacements, and hot swaps.
• Provide client-facing support with professionalism.
