Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Commissioning Technician for a site-based role in the United States. You will join a team that starts up, repairs, and troubleshoots modular data centers at partner sites, delivering commissioning reports and collaborating with engineers, technicians, and field service reps.

You will travel regionally, support nonstandard hours, and participate in ongoing product training in the field and classroom to stay current with evolving systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or trade/vocational certification in electrical disciplines.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics.
• Understanding of AC/DC power; 3‑phase power a plus.
• Working knowledge of digital multimeter.
• English proficiency to communicate with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Travel in local region to start up, repair, troubleshoot modular data centers at partner sites.
• Execute approved commissioning test plans.
• Prepare commissioning reports and expense reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and field service representatives.
• Engage in continuous learning and training on products in field and classroom.
