Competenze

• Six months of customer service experience required.
• Clean background is required.
• Some travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Meet with clients to install, remove, or maintain monitoring technologies and provide customer service.
• Schedule installation and maintenance appointments for referrals.
• Manage daily communications, alerts, and maintenance items.
• Create customer accounts and track participants, including payments.
• Deliver completion, non-compliance and payment reports to supervising agencies.
• Administer urine analyses per protocol and chain of custody.
• Coordinate daily communication with billing and maintenance items.
