Job summary

Essential duties include managing daily communication, billing and maintenance items, and performing data entry. Candidates must have 1 year of customer service experience, pass a background check and drug screening, and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screening
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Plan, organize and assign the work of others
• Apply policies, procedures, and best practices
• Perform computer data entry
• Work within a team structure
• Define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions
• Recognize and meet needs of customer/end user

Responsibilities

• Administers Urinal Analysis samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
