Job summary

Ampacity is hiring a Field Customer Success Specialist to join our Electrical team for boots-on-the-ground support with customers in the field. You will ensure shipments and counts are accurate, resolve issues in real time, and act as the trusted on-site contact to keep projects on track.

This role emphasizes independent field work, strong communication, and proactive problem solving, with travel up to 80% and outdoor work on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, construction, or field services (electrical/solar industry experience a strong plus).
• Comfort working independently on job sites and managing your own schedule and travel.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with strong reporting and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for customers as they receive electrical goods and material shipments.
• Execute physical counts and inventory verification against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Identify shortages, damages, or missing items and drive fast, accurate resolution.
• Manage and track RMAs from initiation through closure.
• Serve as the on-site customer contact—answering questions and keeping projects moving.
