• Ability to work independently on job sites and manage travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for customers receiving electrical goods and shipments.
• Execute physical counts and verify against orders.
• Identify shortages or damages and resolve quickly.
• Manage RMAs from initiation to closure.
• Serve as on-site point of contact and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document site visits with clear reporting.
• Travel to sites up to 80%.
• Evolve role with business needs.
