Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, materials management, construction, or field services (electrical/solar industry experience a strong plus).
• Comfort working independently on job sites and managing your own schedule and travel.
• Sharp attention to detail—comfortable with physical counts, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Strong communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for customers as they receive electrical goods (eBOS) and material shipments.
• Execute physical counts and inventory verification against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Identify shortages, damages, or missing items and drive fast, accurate resolution.
• Manage and track RMAs from initiation through closure.
• Serve as the customer's trusted point of contact on-site and keep projects moving.
