Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a BCP Customer Solutions Representative to support Fabick, based in Wisconsin or Missouri. You will drive profitable growth across the dealer's BCP portfolio, including machine sales, parts, attachments, services, technology, and Customer Value Agreements.

You will strengthen dealer sales capability, help transform how we meet customer needs, and manage relationships to deliver the territory business plan. Travel is substantial and onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; dealer-facing or customer-facing experience valued.
• Experience applying construction or industrial knowledge to customer situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual business plan for the assigned territory including BCP machine, parts, and services.
• Support variance programs and other actions to grow sales and profitability.
• Partner with dealer teams to strengthen cross-functional execution and dealer capability.
• Assist with forecasting, inventory planning, and sales strategy for attachments and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow Caterpillar BCP sales and displace competitors.
• Develop and promote Customer Value Agreement offers and Services Commitment.
• Improve dealer performance through funnel management and reviews.
• Drive adoption of digital platforms and Cat technology with customers and dealers.
• Visit customers regularly to gather feedback, present solutions, and resolve issues.
• Share Voice of Customer and Voice of Dealer insights with internal stakeholders.
