Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, and in person.
• Collect and enter orders for products or services.
• Create standard orders for customers as needed.
• Field questions and resolve issues with Sales or distribution teams.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Identify opportunities to increase wallet share within accounts.
