Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry is seeking a Delivery Driver Helper in Maumelle, AR. You will assist service drivers by loading/unloading linen, managing carts, and keeping vehicles organized to ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include handling soiled linen, transporting clean linen to customers, and upholding Crown standards while respecting healthcare facilities. HLAC quality adherence is required, with supportive supervision from the Fleet Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Count and record data by writing or computer input.
• Self-motivated and able to recognize tasks independently.
• Solid work ethic and reliability.
• Fast-paced role requiring continuous physical activity.
• Walk, push, pull, sort and lift repeatedly during shifts.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally; up to 50+ lbs frequently.
• Frequent walking during working hours.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting.
• Push a cart that may weigh up to 500 lbs.
• Occasional sitting and computer or meeting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery truck by moving weighed carts onto the truck.
• Load and unload linen to customers.
• Retrieve soiled linen from hospitals and facilities; transport clean linen.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Adhere to HLAC quality standards.
• Under Fleet Manager supervision, perform other necessary duties.
• Treat customer facilities staff with respect per Crown standards.
