Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, and in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Create standard orders for each customer to use when necessary.
• Collaborates with Sales team, Crown Linen distribution, or General Manager to resolve issues beyond initial knowledge.
• Ensures actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Identify opportunities for increased wallet share within customer accounts and sell additional items.
