• Deliver and collect linen, keep areas neat per Crown policies and procedures.
• Record inventories and quantities of linen accurately.
• Receive customer calls for service and respond promptly and professionally.
• Observe and report linen abuse or misuse to the LDM or supervisor.
• Manage linen inventory levels and par levels; transport carts safely.
• Record data using tablets or order sheets.
• Maintain the linen room in a neat and orderly fashion.
