Job summary

Accenture is building out its Google Cloud delivery for mid-market customers. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you own delivery from solution shaping through go-live, setting the direction with an engineering team and ensuring the outcome transforms how clients engage with their customers.

You’ll work directly with clients, owning scope, timeline, and quality, and you will lead cross-border delivery across onshore and offshore teams to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• 7+ years owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform, with CX/CC focus.
• 3+ years with CCaaS platforms (CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect).

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end from solution shaping to go-live.
• Design the delivery approach, plan the team, and coordinate with engineers.
• Lead status reviews and manage client expectations in real time.
• Drive cross-border delivery with onshore and offshore teams to accelerate value.
