Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Agricultural Science or a related field.
• New or recent graduate from an accredited college/university (0-6 months).
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable moving violations record.

Responsibilities

• Complete a well-defined, customized training and development plan with direction from your manager and colleagues.
• Develop product and technical knowledge on use, features, benefits, pest identification, scouting, timing, service, and agronomic principles.
• Gain leadership, consultative selling, communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and territory management while building a professional network.
• Strengthen teamwork within the sales team and support customers in the defined geography.
• Implement strategy to achieve sales objectives in the territory.
