Syngenta is seeking a Crop Protection Sales Intern to engage growers and resellers with consultative selling. You will support a defined geography across Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, and Michigan as part of the Emerging Talent Program.

Selected candidates will develop product and agronomic expertise, sharpen communication and leadership skills, and gain hands-on industry exposure while exploring future roles within Syngenta.

Formación

• Sophomore or junior class standing, working toward a bachelor’s degree, preferably in agriculture or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in student organizations and/or work experiences.
• Effective writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable moving violations record.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, resilience, interpersonal savvy, and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Engage growers and resellers in consultative selling to meet targets.
• Manage and support customers in a defined geography.
• Advise channel partners on product/promotional materials.
