Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to plan and supervise daily crew activities, ensuring safe, efficient completion of line-related work. You will coordinate assignments, train crew members, and liaise with property owners to obtain access for jobs while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to work in the field under varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task are essential.
• Must adapt to field requirements and act independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of safely driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after orders are given by a General Foreperson.
• Conducts field training and retraining of crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per policies and OSHA standards.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners for required work.
• Maintains reports, timesheets, and crew activity records.
• Sets up barriers and safety measures to protect workers and public.
