Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment.

• Ability to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Must be able to work with hands above head for extended periods.
• Weight limit approx 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA requirements.
• Discusses access, power interruptions, and work scope with customers; refers complex cases to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains good customer relations through safe and efficient work completion.
• May investigate minor damage claims and report results to supervisors.
• Keeps accurate crew records, timesheets, and reports.
