Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts seeks a Foreperson to coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to finish jobs per contract specifications. You will lead daily tasks, ensure safe practices, and liaise with customers to gain access and report on work completed.

The role requires experience in utility vegetation management or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership and safety skills. Full-time position with health benefits and 401K options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in electric utility vegetation management or similar fields preferred.
• Must meet safety and driving qualifications and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily.
• Plan and execute assigned work safely and efficiently.
• Inspect the work and report completion to customer.
• Maintain records of time, equipment, and materials.
