Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specifications. Prior line clearance experience as climber, trimmer, or bucket operator is preferred; driver’s license is required, CDL preferred.

The role involves directing crew members, planning tasks, ensuring safety, coordinating access with property owners, and maintaining records of time and materials.

Qualifications

• Experience as foreperson or crew supervisor preferred.
• Ability to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all crew positions.
• First-aid certification and CPR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment daily to complete work safely.
• Assign tasks, supervise performance, and plan work to meet contract specs.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance on all jobs.
• Coordinate with property owners for access and notify them of work details.
• Record time, equipment, and material usage accurately.
• Inspect trucks and equipment and restock supplies as needed.
• Prepare for storm work and travel as required.
