Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a General Foreperson to coordinate crews and equipment for efficient, safe utility vegetation management projects. You will manage schedules, supervise personnel, and ensure timely completion with high quality standards.

Travel is required for storm restoration work; a valid driver’s license is preferred. Start date is January 2026, with health, vision, and dental benefits plus a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electric utility vegetation management, construction, logging, landscaping, mechanical, or military industries.
• Previous experience as a General Foreperson preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs efficiently and profitably.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and 100% compliance.
• Oversee dispatch, training, and performance of crew members.
