Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crew members, equipment, and supplies on tree-care contracts. The role requires coordinating daily tasks, directing safety, and ensuring work is completed to specifications; a valid CDL is essential.

Travel is required for storm restoration, and candidates must pass background checks and a drug screen. The position offers health insurance, PTO, and a 401K. On-site work in field conditions with outdoor exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have active CDL.
• Ability to supervise a crew and manage field operations.
• Ability to travel for storm work as needed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew members and manage equipment each day.
• Plan and execute the assigned work in a safe and professional manner.
• Organize job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Notify property owners and obtain access permissions for work.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance on site.
• Maintain records of time, equipment, and materials used.
• Complete daily truck inspections and job briefings as required.
