• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Instructs and retrains crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safety practices per policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicates with property owners about access and work details.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance.
• Manages crew costs and equipment usage.
• Provides reports on incidents and work progress.
