Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to drive daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor crew members. The role emphasizes field oversight, training, and ensuring quality workmanship.

The position requires CDL driving, 18+ years old, high school diploma or GED, and substantial line clearance experience. The candidate should be able to handle physical tasks and maintain strong customer relations on job sites.

Formación

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Good organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.
• Valid CDL required.
• Able to lift and work with hands overhead.
• Capable of handling up to 300 pounds.
• No fear of heights.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new tasks.
• Enforces safety practices and OSHA compliance with team.
• Interacts with property owners to coordinate access and responsibilities.
• Gathers permissions to perform work and maintains customer relations.
• Keeps accurate crew records and reports on work performed.
