Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Pensacola, FL, seeks a Crew Leader Driver to oversee 2–5 crew members on client sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment while directing landscape maintenance tasks and related services.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, assigning daily work, coaching teammates, and maintaining equipment; you will report to the Operations Manager and help improve on-site efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and ability to coach 2–5 crew members.
• Demonstrated safety focus and quality standards adherence.
• Experience in landscape-related field and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, loading and securing equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules and expectations.
• Identify and elevate customer problems to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to ensure client needs are met.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues as needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
• Log crew time and equipment usage; perform maintenance on equipment.
