Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level operations at client locations. You will direct 2-5 team members and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Operations Manager and maintaining equipment and time logs. The role requires a valid driver’s license, landscape experience, and BrightView certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate various vehicles including with trailers.
• Experience in landscape-related field and demonstrated leadership among team.
• BrightView Equipment certifications or equivalent credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and secure equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules and service expectations.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and resolve issues.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
