Job summary

BrightView is looking for a Crew Leader Driver to oversee site-level tasks on client sites and direct 2-5 team members to complete duties safely and efficiently per BrightView and client standards. You will manage basic maintenance, landscape installation, and services like irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications.

You will prepare trucks, load equipment, and ensure compliance with safety rules while delivering services on schedule, communicating with the Operations Manager, and

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations, load and secure equipment.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites while maintaining schedules.
• Identify and elevate customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and crew.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training team members.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Perform maintenance on equipment and conduct EDVIR on assigned vehicles.
