Cambria is seeking a Field Service Technician to act as a service ambassador in customer-facing interactions. You will evaluate and service Cambria surfaces during on-site visits, document findings, and communicate with the Regional Product Representative.

You will drive a company vehicle, operate basic tools, and uphold safety standards. The role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year in field service.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year field service or trade experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documents; blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service during on-site visits.
• Articulate service solutions and set proper expectations.
• Evaluate Cambria during on-site visits and perform service work as needed.
• Document on-site findings to the Regional Product Representative.
• Operate basic power tools and maintain tools and assets.
• Represent the company professionally on the road and drive the company vehicle.
• Uphold Cambria safety standards and guidelines.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management.
