Field Service Technician (FST)

The Field Service Technician is a trusted Cambria ambassador responsible for providing exceptional on-site service to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to evaluate product related claims and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Inspect claims thoroughly, gather details, take photographs, and document findings.
• Articulate service solutions and set proper expectations.
• Perform on-site repairs using Cambria’s approved standards, techniques, and materials.
• Arrive on time, complete tasks within expected timeframes, and support team efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with the Regional Product Representative about site visits.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in excellent condition.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year in field service, customer service, or trade position preferred.

Systems: Google Suites, Salesforce, ability to read technical drawings/documents is a plus.

Physical & Travel Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily, drive for long periods, stand, bend, and twist during service work.

Daily local travel. Overnight travel is also required.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly range: $21.00–$27.00, depending on role, level, and location.

Company vehicle provided or temporary mileage reimbursement.
