Job summary

Cambria is seeking a Field Service Technician to represent the company in a customer-facing role across local and overnight travel. You will evaluate, document, and service Cambria while using basic power tools and maintaining equipment.

The role requires on-site interaction with customers, reading blueprints, and accurate color perception, with a starting hourly range of $24.00–$31.00. A company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided when available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a field service or trade position preferred.
• Accurate color perception required.
• Able to read blueprints, tape measures and operate an iPhone.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License, may require motor vehicle background check.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customers.

• Provide outstanding customer service to Cambria customers
• Articulate service solutions while setting proper expectations
• Evaluate Cambria during on-site visits and perform service work as needed
• Document and communicate on-site visit findings with the Regional Product Representative
• Operate basic power tools (hand polishers, seam setters, etc.) while performing service work on Cambria

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds daily, drive for long periods of time. Must be able to stand, bend and twist while performing service work.

Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $31.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position will be provided a branded company vehicle, based on fleet availability, or temporary mileage reimbursement in lieu until a vehicle becomes available.
