Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) invites applications for a Construction Observation & Testing (COT) Project Manager in York, PA. You will supervise field technicians, perform important observations and testing for Special Inspections, and compile reports.

You’ll coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. The role emphasizes leadership in a dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate and impact project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to coordinate projects with clients, subcontractors, and management entities.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Construction Field Technicians in the field and perform crucial observations.
• Oversee testing related to Special Inspections during site work and building construction.
• Compile comprehensive reports and coordinate with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and management entities to fulfill requirements.
