Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• Good driving record, valid driver's license and your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supervising Construction Field Technicians during site work.
• Conducting observations and testing related to Special Inspections.
• Compiling comprehensive reports and overseeing field and laboratory testing.

Skills

Analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Ability to effectively coordinate projects

Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet

Education

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field

WACEL, NICET, ICC and ACI certifications
