You’ll coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. The role emphasizes leadership in a dynamic environment with opportunities to innovate and impact project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to coordinate projects with clients, subcontractors, and management entities.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

As a COT PM, you'll take charge of supervising Construction Field Technicians in the field, conducting crucial observations and testing related to Special Inspections during site work and building construction. Your role will involve compiling comprehensive reports and overseeing field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel. Requirements

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience
