Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in construction observation and materials testing for the Washington, D.C. area.

The selected candidate will lead current staff and projects, and play a key role in the growth and expansion of the D.C. office. Responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, and developing staff, along with leading proposals, invoicing, budgeting, and ensuring project profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction observation and materials testing.
• Experience with soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel testing.
• Experience preparing and reviewing field and final reports.
• NICET, WACEL, ICC, and/or ACI certifications preferred.
• Experience coordinating and managing COT/CMT projects.
• Experience mentoring and developing technical staff.

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in construction observation and materials testing for the Washington, D.C. area. Candidates with significant COT/CMT project management experience are encouraged to apply.

The selected individual will manage current staff and projects while playing a key role in the continued growth and expansion of the D.C. office. This position will have both project management and office leadership responsibilities, including hiring, training, mentoring, and developing staff. In addition to project management responsibilities, this individual will help lead the office's business operations, including proposal preparation and review, invoicing, budget monitoring, collections, and ensuring project profitability.

• 10+ years of experience in construction observation and materials testing
• Extensive experience with construction materials testing and/or construction observation
• Experience with testing and inspection of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing field and final reports
• NICET, WACEL, ICC, and/or ACI certifications preferred
• Experience coordinating and managing COT/CMT projects
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing technical staff
• Experience developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities preferred
