Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication with candidates, managers, and leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for field and corporate positions.
• Develop pipelines through outreach to schools, veterans programs, referrals, apprenticeships, and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with Operations to forecast staffing needs.
• Maintain ATS records and report on pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with staffing agencies for specialized roles as needed.
• Represent the company at job fairs and events to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliant hiring practices and maintain confidentiality of candidate data.
