Persona AI is building rugged humanoid robots in Houston, TX, and is expanding its People Operations team. This Senior Technical Recruiter role focuses on sourcing for manufacturing and operations to scale production and fill critical roles.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, partner with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience filling manufacturing and operations roles at volume.
• Expert-level Boolean search skills and fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing channels beyond traditional job boards.
• Comfortable building TA functions from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and updates.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing and operations.
• Build and manage active candidate pipelines from scratch using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, trade schools and local networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and calibrate candidate quality.
• Leverage Houston’s manufacturing and operations talent pool and contribute to local presence.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
• Track pipeline health, time-to-fill and sourcing metrics; use data to improve approaches.
• Help build TA infrastructure, including interview processes and offer templates as the company scales.
• Support employer branding across job posts and candidate messaging.
