Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a Field Service Technician to support the Greensboro, NC market. You’ll service copier and document-handling equipment, perform installation, repairs, and preventative maintenance, and build lasting customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, reliable, with strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to manage longer service calls professionally. Competitive pay and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage longer service calls calmly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits throughout Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas.
• Perform equipment installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and testing.
• Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions.
• Complete accurate and timely service reports.
• Follow company field procedures, protocols, and safety standards.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear recommendations.
