Job summary

A-Z Office Resource is seeking an experienced Service Technician to support the Middle Tennessee market. You will install, service, and repair copiers, printers, and MFPs for local customers, diagnosing mechanical and print-quality issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting networked devices, firmware updates, and seamless operation of customer offices across Middle Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing HP, Sharp, Kyocera and Ricoh devices.
• Experience servicing copiers, printers and MFPs.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and print-quality issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and printing issues.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Install and service copiers, printers and MFPs.
• Diagnose mechanical and print-quality issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and printing issues.
• Configure scanning and network functions.
• Perform firmware updates and equipment configuration.
• Work directly with customers throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Maintain accurate service records.
