• Valid driver’s license and ability to service customers onsite.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with copier, scanners, printers, and related devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on office equipment.
• Use company systems to manage service tickets and document repairs.
• Service designated area and maintain stocked vehicle with tools and parts.
• Provide clear and professional updates on repair status and customer service.
