You will deliver hands-on technical support, build strong customer relationships, and ensure peak performance of digital networked copiers, scanners, printers, and related devices.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of field experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to service customers onsite.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with copier, scanners, printers, and related devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and complex repairs on office equipment.
• Use company systems to manage service tickets and document repairs.
• Service designated area and maintain stocked vehicle with tools and parts.
