Job summary

AnderCorp is seeking a Field Coordinator to support daily jobsite operations and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with high quality. You will coordinate people, materials, equipment, and logistics while linking field work with project management.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings, interpret plans, and manage multiple trades to keep projects on schedule. We offer growth and a culture of safety and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of field supervision experience.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Champion a strong safety culture on every jobsite.
  • Coordinate daily field operations, labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
  • Assist with jobsite startup and secure shutdown procedures.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and productive project sites.
  • Support implementation of site logistics plans.
  • Coordinate material and equipment deliveries.
  • Monitor quality and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to keep projects on schedule.
  • Participate in daily huddles and trade partner coordination meetings.
  • Assist with project documentation, daily reports, and closeout activities.
  • Manage direct-hire labor and company-owned or rental equipment.
  • Identify and communicate project challenges, risks, and opportunities before they impact progress.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinating daily field operations, labor, materials, equipment, and site logistics

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction experience
  • 5+ years of field supervision experience
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Lean Construction principles
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and project stakeholders
  • Understanding of construction means, methods, and project workflows
